★ By commissioning me, I accept that you have read through my Terms of Service and agree to it.★ I will refuse service to anyone who is a pedophile, zoophile, transphobic, racist, or homophobic.★ I am strictly an adult artist. My art is geared towards adult audiences only. I do not work with minors regardless if the art is rated SFW, and ask that minors do not interact with me, or follow my profiles. You will be blocked.

I. General Terms• All of my commissions are uploaded to my FurAffinity, Bluesky & Twitter and any other social media I may used for advertising or use as a portfolio. I will not claim your character as my own.  If you wish your commission to be private, I will not upload it and respect your wishes but ask you to make it clear from the start before payment is finalised. If you yourself wish to stay Anonymous, I will not use your name as the client for the commission.Any gift commissions will be uploaded onto my social media a week after completion, but if you would like it to stay private until a specific time, then please let me know. Any work-in-progress will not be shared on my social media for gift commissions.• Refunds are possible before I start sketching.• If our collaboration as a client and artist does not seem like a right fit / you are rude, then you will be fully refunded regardless of the stage of art. However your sketch will be reused as a YCH or sold.• Completion time ranges from one week to two months. You are always welcome to ask for updates!• You are not allowed to sell/use my artwork on any sort of blockchain technology.• You are not allowed to use my artwork, commissioned or not, to train AI of any form.• I will refuse to draw an obviously stolen character/cancel a commission if found out the character does not belong to you.• My artwork, or any piece which includes my work i.e collabs, are not to be sold for profit such as prints, merch, etc. Or used in any type of commercial use under any circumstances unless discussed beforehand with me directly.• Please keep in mind that I suffer from, at times, severe wrist pain when working on commissions for a long or short period of time depending on the severity of flare-ups so work may be delayed.• Regular clients who have commissioned or bought YCHs a total of three times from me, will be labeled as a Trusted Client (Loveliest Client). Trusted Clients are allowed holds on commission slots or YCHs even if unable to currently pay the full price.
Holds can be discussed for a total of up to two weeks maximum or longer depending on the final price of the commission.I please ask that this system does not get abused! <3• Use of my characters in the clients commission is allowed for either NSFW or SFW. Commissions that include my characters receive a 20$ discount.I am always open to accepting commissions which contain my characters! But if my queue is too long, then I may not accept at the time but please keep an eye on my Trello to ask at a later date!II. Complex DesignsWorking on smaller details of a character's design ends up being a lot more taxing on my wrist. Because of this, I will be charging a complexity fee of 10$+ if I deem the character to be complex. A lot of factors will determine if the character is complex, but the biggest one will be the markings e.g how many types of markings are on the body. Higher detail will cause the initial price to be raised.Please ask beforehand if you'd like to know if your character is complex or not! I understand that what might seem like a complex design to me might be a simple design for another artist, but every artist's work and abilities are different.III. Payment•  I only accept payment via invoices on PayPal. This process is non-negotiable.• Payment is paid upfront at the start of commissioning me. I will not begin work on your commission if full payment has not been paid.• Payment plans are available for 150$ and over. A down payment of 50/50 must be paid upfront and the remaining amount within a week. Longer holds can be discussed if the final price is over 300$.• Please make sure to pay within 24 hours. You will be notified at 12 hours as a reminder, which will be the only reminder. If you do not pay within the given time, you will be notified of the invoice being cancelled. These terms are non-negotiableIV. Process• A rough sketch of the commission will be sent to the client for approval of the pose or if you would like something new sketch. A refined sketch will be sent to the client afterwards to confirm the final changes. After which I will begin the process of completing the piece!• Once you receive the sketch, I ask that you thoroughly look at the sketch to summarise what you would like changed instead of making changes while I started working again. You can take as much time as you need at this stage.• You are allowed to make unlimited changes to the first rough sketch, and a certain amount of changes to the refined sketch. Any changes to linework will require a small fee of 10$+. Changes to a painting i.e hand placement or expression will require a fee of 25$+ depending on complexity.• I will not work from scratch. Please have reference sheets of your character ready upon request. If you do not have a reference sheet, please provide other forms of previously commissioned artwork that I can work off with a clear colour palette. Screenshots from VR / Second Life / IMVU and such, is also allowed.V. NSFWIf you commission a NSFW piece or have claimed a NSFW YCH, you agree that you are 18+. If you lie about your age, I will not be held accountable for your actions.

Please understand that there are some things which I will draw, but I myself have limits to what I allow. If you do not see something that you're interested in commissioning on the list, feel free to ask me privately.
